Our network explores hosting as a practice. Anyone in the network can host an event with a clear framework and invite members to attend. This could be a lunch, a coffee, a workshop, a Zoom chat, a webinar or a symposium.
Each host sets the etiquette and parameters for each event and shares some sort of archived response for the website. This could be profane or profound – a poem, a visual response, a recording, a blog post, a Padlet, a sharing.
Pedagogy Exchange
(pod cast conversation or via Zoom discussing teaching observation)
This will be a space for more developed exchange where people pair up and observe each other teach, then have a conversation about it. There is no onus to share any outcomes, but you can if it is appropriate.
The Gathering
There will be one live event each year. These may include a workshop, a visit or walk and talk.
Open Questions
There will be one?/two webinars each term that will work with an Open Questions approach to set the agenda. A space where constructive debate is welcomed.
